How to Encourage English Department Students to Speak English More Often and Confidently?

     You are not English department students if you can't speak English fluently. Many students enter this department because false to choose or perforce. It all make you must speak English anywhere and everywhere. Many ways to increase students's skill especially English department students to speak English frequently and confidently. There are the ways what you have to do.
     Firstly, you must try and habituate yourself to speak English what you can and what you know. For the beginner, if you are still shy you can try on the mirror. Speaking with yourself. You can imitate the presenter style or you can imitate as actress on television or else. Bathroom also right place to prove your speaking and usually it can appears briliant ideas and make you more confident (although it is not permitted to speak on the bathroom).
     Secondly, add your vocabulary everyday. Searching the synonym and antonym from one word. Understand the meaning and the using. Listening the music and reading the book or else then understanding the meaning also can you try to adding your vocab. Searching new and difficult word then pronounce frequently so your pronounciation will be better from before.
     Third, you can learn from any media like youtube or else. You can imitate what youtuber do to make her speaking good.
     Fourth, join and invite your friend to follow the seminar or events have an English basis. So, prove on the real life frequently. Wherever and however the situation you can speak what you know. Make a conversation with your friends and speak your new words that you have found.
     You have to practice your speaking in public so you can accustomed. Practice it everyday so you can increase your confidence.
